Students from Michael J. Petrides took inspiration from artists René Magritte and Roy Lichtenstein for this project. The students combined the use of surrealism and pop-art to create their “Eye-Dentity.”
Lesson facilitated by art teacher Gerard Ucelli. Now on display at Williams Eye Works.

Each picture is broken into four quadrants with a pupil and illustration of onomatopoeia.
The goal of this lesson was for students to express how they feel when a given word is in front of them.

No student is the same, and each student has a different vision in fulfilling their artistic integrity.
We’re proud to value each individual’s “Eye-Dentity” throughout the community.
